To publicly show that we are open and fair, honest and legal, we have joined a voluntary scheme, The Fundraising Standards Board - you will see the "tick" on our pages and literature.
The Fundraising Standards Board, or FRSB as it is known, is a self regulatory scheme for fundraising and by joining we have agreed to adhere to a strict set of codes and a Fundraising Promise committing us to treat the public with respect, fairness, honesty and clarity in all our money raising activities. We have also signed up to an independent, robust and transparent complaints process.
