Our benefits officers can provide confidential advice and benefit checks. Home visits are available to help complete benefits claim forms.

We offer independent, trustworthy support for older people facing problems. Advocacy officers work with a trained team of volunteers who give information to older people enabling them to make decisions which affect their lives.
Volunteers will help and support older people on a one to one basis, if necessary in the older person’s home. When necessary the volunteer will contact statutory agencies on the older person’s behalf.
