Fit As A Fiddle
Over 50s in Solihull can get fit as a fiddle and take part in all kinds of activities across the region.
Fit as a fiddle is a major programme funded by a £15 million grant from the Big Lottery Fund and launched by Age UK to help older people all over England live more healthy, active and fulfilling lives.
Staying active is beneficial for your health throughout your life. If you are over 50 and looking to become more active, Age UK Solihull can help with:
- A programme of activities including pilates and exercise to music, for a range of abilities.
- Advice and information about other clubs and groups in the Solihull area that can help you get active.
- Related events and courses, including a 4 week course in basic cooking skills.
