Our community connect service aims to provide help and advice to older people in North Somerset through local community agents.
There are six community agents, who are based in the following areas:
- Yatton/Congresbury
- Clevedon and Walton
- Banwell and Winscombe
- Weston General Hospital
- Chew Valley
- Bristol Hospital discharges
The community agents are assisted by a community development worker who organises community-based information events and provides socialising opportunities, which are regularly available in the following areas:
- Worle
- Weston
- Yatton
- Clevedon
- Long Ashton
- Winscombe
- Cadbury’s Garden Centre
- Locking
- Portishead
