Men in Sheds
Men in Sheds is a community programme for older men who have an interest in DIY or just like to get together with like minded gentlemen. The Shed is at the Street Scene premises on Drummond Road in Stafford, owned by Stafford Borough Council who has kindly offered the use of workshop.
The group can work on small and easy projects, such as making bird boxes or restoring park benches, or if DIY is not for them, they can sit and chat to other men, read the paper and drink tea! There is a member of staff available to look after those gentlemen who maybe need a little extra support or care.
