An excellent resource has been created by film maker, David Jay in conjunction with our Forget-me-not goups. The project was funded by grants from private funders, via the Suffolk Community Foundation.
It provides an excellent tool for reflection and conversation with people who may have memory problems.
David Jay said "There are many films that can be used to help unlock memories. Most are archive productions showing specific places and people. Although useful, for some it is difficult to link the relevance with their own memories"
Relive the moment - Sweet Tooth
This film talks about the sweets we used to have as children, their taste, smell and the very exciting visit to the sweet shop!.
Download the resource notes to go with the film
You can also view the first film in this series made by David Jay, that has been used at our Forget me Not clubs
