Dementia can be difficult to come to terms with whether you are affected or have a family member or friend with dementia.
The key to living well with dementia is having access to the right information at the right time and this is how we can help...
All of our Advisors and our Information Help Desks are able to provide assistance and free information guides to people with dementia and their families. You do not need a dementia diagnosis to access our information, although an early diagnosis helps people to access treatments and exercise the greatest choice in planning for their future.
A day out of the house: enjoyment for you, respite for carers
Our dementia day service provides a safe and friendly environment for people with dementia. We run stimulating activities to keep people active and happy, offering a service by the hour, half day or full day including a hot, two-course cooked meal.

Spending time out of the house together
Our Forget-me-not sessions offer time out for people with memory problems and their carers to meet others, share experiences and enjoy activities together. We have sessions running in Waveney, Mid-Suffolk, Suffolk Coastal and Ipswich. Call our advice line 01473 351234 to find out where the sessions nearest to you take place and when.
