Age UK Sunderland has a wealth of ActivAge activities and classes, for the 50+ population of our City.

The activities take place on a daily basis at the Bradbury Centre, Stockton Road, Sunderland, SR2 7AQ and at various outreach venues around the city.

ActivAge Spring Activities at Age UK Sunderland

 

Age UK Sunderland has a wealth of ActivAge activities and classes, for the 50+ population of our City.

 

The activities take place on a daily basis at the Bradbury Centre, Stockton Road, Sunderland, SR2 7AQ and at various outreach venues around the city.

 

We are holding enrolment days Monday and Tuesday 16th and 17th of April 2012, 10.00am-12.30pm, at the Bradbury Centre. 

 

Places may be booked in advance but attendance at an enrolment session is essential to secure your place.

 

Courses and activities will start week commencing 16th April 2012.  These include Aromatherapy and Healthy Living, Watercolours, Line Dancing for Beginners, Spanish Intermediate, French Intermediate, Computers for Beginners, Computer Drop-in sessions and Swimming sessions, (held at the Raich Carter Centre).

 

Director of Age UK Sunderland, Alan Patchett commented, “We have so much of interest on offer this year for older people in Sunderland and would be delighted to see many new participants taking advantage of our programme of activities.”
