Our Houghton office
Age UK Sunderland is working hard to help older people in the area to get more out of later life. We deliver a wide range of services at a local level, including the Houghton-le-Spring area. Hours are Monday - Friday 2pm-5pm.
Houghton Ofiice
We provide
- Assisting with the setting up and running of Lunch and Day Clubs
- Promotion of Home, Contents and Travel Insurance
- A range of leisure and learning activities
- Friendly Faces home visiting service
- Volunteering opportunities
As well as being a part of Age UK Sunderland, the Houghton Area has a local committee who take an interest in issues concerning the local Community.
