We provide a wide range of courses and activities at the Bradbury Centre and various outreach centres around the City.

Courses include:

Course fees may vary depending on individual circumstances and the ActivAge staff will be happy to help and advise you during enrolment days.

Fit as a fiddle

As part of our Fit as a fiddle campaign, Age UK Sunderland are offering a variety of health and fitness activities to encourage over 50s to improve and maintain their general wellbeing enabling them to cope better with everyday life.

Activities include: new-age kurling and bowls, keep fit, yoga and healthy wellbeing courses.

Come along to our computer drop-in and learn the basics of word processing, internet and email or just come along and have an informal chat to find out more.

 

Our computer suite is open all year round, Monday to Friday.
