Our fees are reasonable and very competitive. We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit card or credit card. Card transactions will appear as Payacharity on your credit card / bank statement

We can only accept payment by debit or credit card on transactions of £10 or over.
Payment must be made in advance of any service delivery.
We will always strive to deliver our services on time, if inclement weather or other situations outside of our control prevent this an alternative time slot to suit you will be offered.
If you would like to cancel and we receive your request with more than 24 hours’ notice you will receive a full refund
No refunds will be made will less than 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations should be made in writing to Age UK Sutton 2 Lower Square, Civic Offices, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA, by email to email@example.com quoting the type and date of session booked, or call 020 8770 4089
All refunds will be made by CHEQUE or BACS. Refunds can take 8 working days to process.
