Providing information is one of the most important things that we do. Whether you want to find information for yourself, a family member or someone you know, we’re here to help.
We provide free assistance with welfare benefits, homelessness and housing problems, debt issues, financial issues associated with approaching retirement, consumer issues and legal advice.
We have staff and volunteers who speak Gujerati, Urdu, Punjabi and Bangla, and we run surgeries across the borough, as well as providing home visits for people with mobility issues.
We work closely with local professionals to offer support around Wills, Equity Release Information and Advice, and we provide an alternative office for the Department of Work and Pensions.
