We know that there are many health and lifestyle benefits of physical activity for older people. That's why we're running Fit as a Fiddle with other London Age UKs, organising activities and providing advice on how to stay healthy and active.
The Involving Older People Project aims to support older people to have more of a say in the planning and delivery of health and social care services they use.
The 50+ Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans Social Network. The group organise a monthly drop-in meeting and a dinner club, to socialise, provide support and have discussions.
Come along to the Link Age Plus Community Centre at Appian Court Resource Centre. The idea of the centre is to break down the barriers getting in the way of people achieving their aspirations in later life.
