Advice sessions are held by appointment only at our main office at Russia Lane, Bethnal Green or at our Resource Centre, Appian Court, Parnell Road, Bow.

If you are housebound we can arrange to visit you at home, please be aware that there may be a waiting period for this service.

 

We can offer you general advice on:

  • Welfare Benefits
  • Disability Benefits
  • Housing Advice
  • Consumer Advice
  • How to access appropriate services within the community.

If we are not able to help you we can offer you the choice to approach alternative specialist agencies.
