You can get to Appian Court by bus - bus numbers 276, 488 and 8 all stop near by, Appian Court is opposite Bow Fire Station.
What you'll find here
We have Breakfast and Lunch Clubs from Mondays – Fridays, anyone can come along, however as it is a busy and popular event you need to book your lunch in advance. The cost is £2.35 per day; this includes tea/coffee or a soft drink, a main meal and dessert.

(*the Film Club has a home lending facility whereby people who are housebound can watch the film at their home).

We also have The Bow Belle’s Women’s group and The Geezers Club Men’s Group both of which meet weekly at the centre (Belles on Wednesday afternoons/Geezers on Tuesday afternoons).
Throughout the year we run day trips which may include summer trips to the seaside or outings to places of interest.
We are also a Hate Crime Reporting Centre and a Link Age Plus Network Centre.
