Customer Service Advisor, Help at Home

16 Hours per week salary £7737 pa based in Littlehampton

We have a vacancy in our Help at Home service and want to recruit an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with older people and can support us to continue developing and delivering a quality service.

The Help at Home service provides older and vulnerable people with a cleaning, shopping and gardening throughout West Sussex to people aged over 50. Working with WSCC we deliver a subsidized service in Chichester, Arun and Crawley with a social enterprise private service throughout the county.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to support the Coordinator and Manager of the service by assessing customers needs to ensure they are realistic and achievable and introducing home helps to customers and monitoring the service delivered. Fitness Instructor required for our Crawley Centre

8 hours per week, salary £9 per hour

An exciting new position has been created to deliver fitness classes in our Crawley centre and community clubs in various venues in Crawley, plus to assist our Crawley Activities Manager to develop fitness classes on our activity programme. We need an enthusiastic REPS Level 2 qualified individual who will run a variety of  fitness classes each morning when the centre opens Monday to Friday and for clubs, at various times in the community with potential for more. With good communication skills, you will enjoy delivering fitness classes that are fun and social and can offer great customer service.

Community Link Specialists (CLS) will work alongside existing services to bridge the gap between GP Surgeries, other health and social care agencies and local community services. They will support patients to navigate their way around Health, Social Care and Voluntary Sector Services to access community based solutions to help manage their conditions and improve their quality of life.

The CLSs will work with a team of volunteers to provide patients with the information and advice to identify solutions to their circumstances and bring about the changes necessary to improve their health, wellbeing and quality of life.   

Our aim is to recruit enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with people to enable them to adopt an independent lifestyle. You need to be a problem solver, an organised person with good administration, observation and communication skills.

Bank Take Home and Settle Co-ordinator

The team of Take Home and Settle Co-ordinators provide vulnerable people with the support they need to return home safely rather than be admitted to hospital due to a lack of support at home. They carry out their duties in Princess Royal hospital, Haywards Heath, East Surrey Hospital in Redhill, Crawley Hospital in Crawley and St Richards hospital in Chichester.

You will be required to work 7-hour shifts from 10.00am to 18.00pm, £9.30 per hour. The service is available six days a week.

Bank Relative Support Co-ordinator

The Relative Support Co-ordinators work at Bognor War Memorial Hospital and Crawley Hospital providing information and advice on the range of issues that can arise resulting from patients and families having to make life changing decisions in relation to ongoing care and housing options.

You will be required to work 3 hours per shift, Monday to Saturday from 18.00 to 21.00 hours, £8.80 per hour.

Help at Home - Home Helpers required

This position is a self employed role, you advise us of your availability, and will be responsible for your own Tax and National Insurance payments. We especially need home helpers in Bognor Regis, Chichester and Selsey areas, and also the Crawley and Mid-Sussex areas.  Hourly rates of pay vary from £10-£14 depending on area worked.
