Customer Service Advisor – Brighton Hub
Hours: 27 per week, Monday to Friday (flexibility available)
Salary: £17,690 (£24,242 FTE)
Location: Brighton city centre, just a short walk from the train station
Closing Date: Wednesday 26th November 2025, 9am
We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team at our Brighton Hub! We’re looking for a proactive and approachable Customer Service Advisor who enjoys helping people and making a difference in the community.
The Hub is at the heart of what we do, providing face-to-face information and signposting for older people, their families and carers across Brighton & Hove. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, problem-solving, and being part of a supportive, community-focused team.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcoming visitors and delivering outstanding customer service every day.
- Providing clear, accurate information and signposting on a wide range of topics affecting older people.
- Assisting with simple IT tasks such as online bookings, accessing council websites or printing documents.
- Helping to keep the Hub running smoothly and ensuring it’s a safe, tidy and welcoming space.
- Keeping up to date with local information and sharing updates with colleagues.
- Recording all interactions accurately on our CRM system.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and volunteers to continuously improve our service.

The role is based on-site at our Brighton Hub (Queens Road), working 27 hours per week, Monday to Friday, however there is some flexibility with hours for the right candidate.
