Our handyman can help with jobs around the home which are difficult to do as one gets older.
The aim of this service is to reduce the risk of falling over and to improve security.
Our handyman can help by:
- Putting up grab and stair rails
- Fitting shelves
- Fitting key safes
- Fitting door chains, security locks and spy holes
- Changing tap washers, light bulbs and fuses
- Carrying out repair work
There are other maintenance jobs he can do to help an older person to carry on living independently in their own home in greater comfort and security.
There is a reasonable hourly rate or £12 an hour for the handyman. Any materials required do have to be paid for. An estimate of the cost involved in any work would be given before work commences.
