Wellcheck is an assessment and signposting service offered to people aged 50 years and over. The aim of the service is to maximise independence and quality of life.
Wellcheck service — low level assessment
Our Wellcheck Officers will do a home visit and discuss the issues the older person and their family may find difficult.
The Wellcheck Officer would then identify and suggest the appropriate services to address these issues. The Wellcheck Officer can help fill in forms such as Attendance Allowance and Blue Badge forms.
