About Age UK York

Age UK York has been working with and for older people in York for 40 years. We provide a wide range of personal and practical support, including information and advice and arranging for respite care.

Other services include our befriending service, helping people after a stay in hospital and holidays for older people.

 

Age UK York encourages older people to speak out about local and national issues. We are here to make more of life in York.

Talks and training

Age UK York is willing to talk to groups, schools and other interested bodies about our work and the wide range of issues that affect older people.
