On some occasions we may need more information such as National Insurance number, medical history and medication, financial information such as what benefits you receive and how much savings you have.

3. How long is your information kept for?

We keep your information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes it was collected for. Your paper records will be destroyed and your online record will be made inactive, we do not delete your online record unless requested to do so, as this may be relevant for returning clients and reporting.
