We offer a free and confidential information and advice service for older people, their families and carers.

If you can't get out and about, our befriending volunteers can visit you at home for companionship and a chat

Connecting isolated older people with their communities through providing plenty opportunities to meet like-minded people, take trips and learn new skills!

Dementia & memory loss
If you have a diagnosis of dementia, or are worried about your memory, we offer a range of one to one and group support.

Escorting service
If you need a bit of assistance once in a while to get to an appointment or to run an errand, our volunteer escorts can help.

Exercise at Home/Walking support
The project is volunteer led and consists of 12 face-to-face sessions delivered weekly.

Group shopping trips
If you like to do your own shopping, but struggle to get out, our group shopping trips to local supermarkets could be for you.

Care at home
Our domiciliary care service, At Home, can help with things like bathing, meal preparation, housework and a lot more.

Basic Foot Care
Our toenail cutting service is available in various locations across the borough to help you stay comfortable on your feet.

Help in your GP surgery
Our team of Health & Social Care Assistants are based in surgeries across the borough to help you take control of your health and care.

Simple DIY service
Our practical help volunteers can help with a range of small DIY tasks, for example putting up shelves, replacing lightbulbs and hanging pictures

We host a range of Digital Inclusion projects to help older people—particularly in developing their digital skills for free!

Age UK London Boroughs Business Directory
This Directory is designed to protect older people from rogue traders by connecting them with local reputable traders and businesses that have been checked by Business Directory staff.

We provide exercise sessions, health information and peer support to help you get the best from later life.

Age UK Kensington & Chelsea provides peer support, information and social events for unpaid carers.

Cancer Screen Awareness Project
The project aims to increase attending Early Cancer Screenings, by raising awareness among the population, focusing on Prostate, Bowel and Breast cancer screenings.
