Enjoy the local arts festival

The evenings are drawing in and winter is approaching - what better way to take your mind off things than a good old arts festival. So if you enjoy art, music and cinema, check out the programme at this year's East Finchley Arts festival which takes place from 27 September to 7 October.

You will find everying from classic films such as The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie to concerts ranging from jazz and classical to opera.

Events take place in All Saints Church in East Finchley and the Phoenix Cinema.
