We'll show you how to prepare nutritious and delicious food, with the bonus of eating together at the end of the session.

The courses are free for over 55s and are led by a qualified Community Learning Tutor. They are running for 6 weeks through March/April/May in Keynsham and the Chew Valley, and all ingredients and equipment will be provided.
At the end of each session, those taking part will share and eat the dishes they have made together.

Supported by our friendly and knowledgeable volunteers, these courses run for short terms and have a fee of £5 per week to cover room hire and ingredients.
