Age UK Bedfordshire is working hard to help older people keep warm and well throughout the winter in a number of ways:
- Winter benefit checks to ease financial worries
- Handyperson services such as fitting draght excluders and radiator foils
- Hot nutritious meals at our lunch clubs
- Befriending services for people who are isolated during winter
- Shopping support for those with mobility issues
- Information and advice support on keeping warm
