Gentle exercises to improve balance, coordination and muscle strength.
Our Yoga class concentrates on relaxation, breathing exercise and gentle stretching. It is not a strong physical workout and is suitable for beginners. Gentle exercise which helps with flexibility and balance. Outdoors in good weather, otherwise in the hall.
