Current vacancies with Age UK Berkshire

We are currently recruiting for two new roles: a Services Manager and a Home from Hospital Coordinator.

Services Manager

Do you want to make a real difference to thousands of older people in the Berkshire region?

Here at Age UK Berkshire, we’re seeking a friendly, motivated and experienced Services Manager to join our team. We deliver a wide-ranging portfolio of services and are part of the national charity, Age UK.

You’ll be joining us at an exciting time: we are expanding and increasing our range of services, and recruiting more staff and volunteers. This is your opportunity to make your mark, leading and developing a friendly team who are passionately committed to delivering excellence to support older people, people with dementia and carers in the local area.

You’ll be part of the senior management team who, along with the rest of our team of staff and volunteers, love to make a real and direct impact on people’s lives, but also know how to have fun, too!

In return, we offer flexible and hybrid working, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and a workplace pension.

You may have relevant experience in the sector, or some great transferable skills from other roles.

If you’d like an informal chat about the role, please contact Kim Rolfe (Operations Manager) or Fiona Price (CEO) on 0118 959 4242, or apply now by submitting your CV and a supporting letter to: fiona.price@ageukberkhire.org.uk.

The closing date is 17th May and interviews will be held on the 23rd May 2024.
