Our specialist daytime support service is delivered in local community centres Monday to Friday and is for people who are mentally and physically frail or have learning difficulties. Trained staff can support and prompt with personal care as well as providing snacks, drinks and a meal each day. The centre is a hive of activity with crafts, games, baking and activities taking place most days and the occasional trip out too. There is a person centred approach to need with a key worker system in place to ensure that everyone gets the most out of their day and is supported to remain as independent as possible.
