Age UK Bradford District Scratchcard Terms and Conditions
1. Age UK Bradford District are registered with Bradford Council as a small society lottery operator, as authorised under the Gambling Act 2005.
2. No under 16s allowed to enter – please note underage gambling is an offence. No prizes will be paid to anyone under the age of 16 years.
3. On receiving a Scratchcard, you must check that the Scratchcard has not been scratched off, damaged, mutilated, altered or tampered with, and that it is not a defective Scratchcard
4. There is no general right for a person to buy a Scratchcard. Any Age UK Bradford Staff staff member or volunteer can refuse to sell a Scratchcard without giving a reason.
5. Every ticket purchased has better than a 1 in 5 chance of winning.
6. Each scratch card game costs £1 and there is no guarantee of a winning prize.
7. Prizes can be won of £1, £2, £5, £10, £25, £50, £100 and £1,000.
8. You have won a prize if the card has three matching figures of the same amount or three matching ‘Buddy’ characters.
9. If you have matched three figures up to the value of £10 you have won the corresponding amount in cash, payable via a cashier.
10. If you have matched three figures above the value of £10 you have won the corresponding amount payable via cheque from Age UK Bradford District
11. If you have matched three ‘Buddy’ characters you have won the jackpot of £1,000 payable via cheque from Age UK Bradford District.
12. A winning ticket must be presented to an Age UK Bradford District staff member who will process your winning prize.
13. Prizes must be claimed before the end of the 28th day after the closing date of 31st December 2022.
14. Please allow 14 days for your prize winning cheque to be delivered.
