We have a fantastic opportunity for an Area Retail Co-ordinator to lead our Retail outlets in the Shipley and Keighley area, ensuring that the outlets in their area work to maximise income and net profit, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded by driving sales and controlling costs.  

Responsible for all aspects of retail management in their areas, including promoting ‘added value’ opportunities afforded through the outlets and raising public awareness of the Charity’s services and non-retail income opportunities.

You will need to lead and inspire your teams, with effective communication, management and planning. Be a real customer champion, use innovation and continuous improvement to create the best possible retail experience.

The post holder will require an excellent knowledge of the charity retail sector, be an effective and motivational team leader and have a sound knowledge of marketing to ensure that the performance of their area maximises its potential. Willingness to travel throughout the District is essential.

Salary £20k per annum

37 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Saturday

5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
