We have a fantastic opportunity for a Distribution Coordinator to join our Retail and Trading Team, based at our distribution centre, located in Wrose, Bradford

The Distribution Coordinator will be responsible for the management and distribution of the Charity’s stock and all aspects relating to the Charity’s distribution centre.

Reporting to the Head of Retail and Trading, this is a central role within the Retail Team with responsibility for managing the distribution centre effectively and efficiently and the line management of a Distribution Officer and volunteers, to ensure income is maximised in all retail outlets.

Responsible for developing and implementing effective distribution systems and processes, the post holder will have significant experience of working within retail distribution and also with volunteers and will need to be an effective and motivational team leader, with great organisational skills.

A full driving licence is essential for this role, as the postholder will support and provide cover for the Distribution Officer, collecting and delivering stock.

Salary £20k per annum

37 hours per week

5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
