Workshop: Setting up your own bereavement peer-support group

Are you interested in setting up a bereavement peer-support group in your local
area? Do you want to hear from residents in Stockwood about what has worked well for them?

Come along to our FREE introductory workshop to learn more about why this
support is important, and how you can help make it happen in your local area. This workshop is an insight into further training & support, part of which will include a take-away toolkit.

This workshop is suitable for anyone interested in setting up a
bereavement peer-support group in their local neighbourhood of Bristol, and
therefore particularly suitable for Bristol residents or community
development workers.

When: Friday 15th May, 10:00am – 12:00pm
Where: St James Priory (next to Bristol Bus Station, and near to Broadmead).

To book a place on this workshop please contact Claire at Bristol Ageing Better by emailing clairechivers@ageukbristol.org.uk or phoning 0117 928 1539.
