One Small Step is a new project run through the Support Hub for Older People to support the wellbeing of people over 50 affected by lockdown and the pandemic. It is inspired by an awareness campaign the Support Hub ran in August last year which encouraged people to reconnect with their communities online and/or in-person after a period in which many people felt more socially isolated.
The project provides specialist wellbeing support and a range of activities for people to join and is made up of five partners from the Support Hub.
All activities are free and everyone is welcome.
