Salary: |
Monday-Friday call outs are paid at the London Living wage of £13.15 per hour and £15.18 per hour at weekends. A small retainer per shift will be paid if a call out is not received. This amounts to £6.50 - £7.00 depending on shift |

Are you compassionate, self motivated and practical with a desire to help older people?
We have an opportunity available to work for the Take Home & Settle team as an assistant facilitating clients safe discharge from hospital to home.
You will support safe discharge of clients by transporting clients with your own vehicle home from the hospitals across the boroughs.
You will provide practical and emotional support and ensure that they are left in a safe warm environment with access to adequate initial food provisions.
As well as transporting clients home, we also offer delivery of equipment (zimmer frames, toilet frames etc.), medication deliveries and offer one-off emergency food shops.
This post is home based and requires you to have a driving licence and your own car as well as a knowledge of ast least one of the boroughs.
