Living with dementia can bring many challenges, including feelings of loneliness and isolation.

In partnership with other local Age UKs, we are recruiting for volunteers to support a new Dementia Community Support Service that is being launched in Worcestershire to help people to stay connected and to continue to do the things that they enjoy.

As a volunteer for the service you can make a real difference to the lives of local people through:

  • Providing companionship and helping to boost confidence
  • Motivating people to take up hobbies and interests again
  • Supporting someone to attend local groups or activities
