Healthwatch Camden publish care home reports

Healthwatch Camden has published several care home reports to help older people and their families make informed decisions when choosing residential care.
The reports are based on 10 'quality indicators' for care homes identified by research carried out by Independent Age - a national charity that provides advice and support on older age.They looked at the things that older people and their families want to know when choosing a care home and consulted care experts for their views on the most useful indicators of quality.
