Camden Charity Launches First Literary Festival to Explore Ageing Through Storytelling.

Friday 6th March 2020. 

Four renowned authors will come together at St Mark’s Church in Primrose Hill for a day of conversation, interviews and book signings. Supported by Primrose Hill Books who will have a pop-up shop at the event where people can buy signed copies of the books. Sponsorship for the event has been provided by University of the Third Age. The four authors appearing at the event are: 

  • Salley Vickers ‘Grandmothers’
  • Frances Liardet ‘We Must Be Brave’
  • Anne Youngson ‘Meet Me at the Museum’ 
  • Hazel Prior ‘Away with the Penguins’ 

Interview on the day including: Dame Esther Rantzen (Age UK Camden Patron) will interview Salley Vickers, Carol Bundock (ex-BBC Look East presenter/journalist) will interview Frances Liardet and Emily Rhodes (journalist and host of the Hampstead Heath Walking Book Group) will interview Anne Youngson. NIkki Morris, CEO of Age UK Camden, will interview Hazel Prior.” 

Bring a picnic & enjoy while listening to a jazz trio a great day out this Spring!

Tickets £20 in advance (excluding booking fee) or £25 on the day.
