Opening Doors London recognises that some people from trans and non-binary communities have specific needs. This role will help develop events and groups that are accessible and safe for people from those communities and promote and strengthen the relationship between ODL and trans and non-binary people. 

Location: Across London - central office in King's Cross

Salary: Hourly £15.49

Closing date: 31 August with interviews on 18 September 

About the role

The Trans Engagement Sessional Worker will be working to engage with people from the older trans and non-binary people across London.

 About you

  • Understand the diversity and needs of older LGBT+ people, older trans and non-binary people and LGBTQ+ people in general.
  • Have experience of setting up and running groups
  • Have experience of managing volunteers
  • Bring energy and fun to the role
