Thirty Kent artists and creatives undertook our innovative LAPWING training (April-August 2016) in 'arts for dementia and arts for community mental health wellbeing'.
We pride ourselves at Age UK Canterbury on adopting a standards-based approach to arts facilitation work we organise and support through LAPWING, using our own trusted and trained professionals and volunteers who support this managed work.
If you would like to develop or organise your own in-house training for staff or creatives with any of our LAPWING artists, please contact our LAPWING project manager and evaluator, Fay Blair.

We are proud to present eight short films about each of the artist's journeys through their project residency; their experiences, personal reflections on their work and the effects & benefits to the participants.
