Our Personal Independence programme (PIP) is a 12 week programme, helping to improve lives by giving older people the confidence and support to maintain their independence and take control of their own health and wellbeing.

We prepare and freshly cook a delicious two course meal each day, Monday to Friday in our kitchen at our centre in Castle Row.Meals are delivered by our friendly drivers to addresses in the Canterbury area.
