Our Corporate Plan 2018-2020

Published on 16 April 2018 08:58 AM

We are delighted to attach a copy of our newly published Corporate Plan for 2018-2020. Please view the full document here or click on the downloadable items below.

Our Corporate Plan is the culmination of a 12-month programme, restructuring our organisation, engaging our teams and volunteers and reviewing what our priorities should be. We hope that those of you who contributed to this discussion and workshops on how we measure the difference we want to make and the development of our Code of Conduct recognise your words in this document.

It has been a difficult 12 months, trying to get the organisation back into financial balance, new teams, and structures, stopping some services and starting others. However, we are delighted to report that all that hard work has paid off and we are close to financial balance. We are starting this financial year with new services, new income streams and hopefully a renewed confidence and strength. Our desire is to collectively build an organisation that makes a difference, is here for the long term and focuses on the value it places on people and all they can offer. Although there is always more we can do, more we can achieve, more people we can support, we are getting there together.

Much of that is down to the bravery, creativity, constructive challenge, loyalty and commitment of all those people that work with us and for us. The one thing that puts us above and beyond many organisations that have found themselves in a similar position is the quality of our staff, our volunteers and in our “crack on and get on” attitude.

We just want to take this opportunity to thank our Staff and Volunteers, our programme of individual, organisational and behavioural change is working, we are on track and keen to explore what the future holds together.
