Did you know about these groups?

Did you know about two fantastic self-sustaining groups in the Saltash area?

Ruby Tuesdays, a ladies lunch club, and Blokes that Brunch, a men’s lunch club, were originally set-up under the Living Well project, and continue to follow the foundations of Living Well in action.

Both groups encourage social engagement for isolated and lonely older people, or individuals that want to try something new in a comfortable setting that provides a safe, low cost, friendly and welcoming environment.

Jill and Terry who run the groups are very experienced Volunteers with a history of supporting groups & charitable organisations across Cornwall.
