TR15 3PLThe Inclusivity Project is a research and innovation project aiming to increase diversity, wellbeing and prosperity within small, Cornish businesses. A team led by the University of Exeter is looking into new ways that small businesses can adapt to make the most of all the untapped local talent pools, by employing more people who are older, who have a long-term health condition, and/or a disability.
The Inclusivity Project isn’t a recruitment agent – we aren’t fixing up specific jobs. Rather, we’re here to help businesses change the way they hire and to help them keep their people.
Because we believe that diversity enriches the business.
