Active Living Support Service is here to help this Winter

Published on 22 December 2020 12:24 PM

We are delighted and extremely proud to launch our new Active Living Support service.

After considerable testing over the last 6 months, we have integrated a wide range of activities to create personalised active living support. This can be provided at home, through outings (restrictions permitting), via our active living hubs and in support groups. There is a charge for these services, but we will always carry out a full benefit assessment and have access to financial support in exceptional circumstances.

Every person is individual and so every service is too.

We will undertake a guided conversation in all cases to ensure we wrap the right support around the individual. We pride ourselves in supporting people and their families to alleviate stress, anxiety, and loneliness. By using a wealth of knowledge and a comprehensive training programme, our staff deliver a safe and caring service - with an emphasis on promoting independence, health, and well-being.
