Why Volunteer

We are searching for Admin Volunteers to provide support in our vibrant Care and Transport offices. There are so many reasons to Volunteer, and here are just a few!

1. Become part of the Cornish community:
Be part of a community. Volunteering can help you feel part of something outside your friends and family.

2. Gain confidence and build new skills:
Volunteering can help you gain confidence by giving you the chance to try something new and build a real sense of achievement. Volunteering can also help you gain new skills, gain experience and sometimes even qualifications for you or that potential new job.

3. Make a difference:
Volunteering can have a real and valuable positive effect on people, communities, and society in general.

4. Make new friends:
Volunteering can help you meet different kinds of people and make new friends.

5. Take on a challenge:
Through volunteering, you can challenge yourself to try something different, achieve personal goals, practice using your skills and discover hidden talents.

6. Have fun!
Most volunteers have a great time, regardless of why they do it.
