National Day of Reflection

Published on 15 March 2021 03:31 PM

Join us 23 March 2021 to remember those we have lost

The nation will be observing a minute of silence at 12 noon on Tuesday 23 March to mark the first anniversary of Britain’s lockdown.  It will be an opportunity for us all to remember everyone who has died during the coronavirus pandemic but especially those near and dear to us.

Organisers of the event said the silence will start at 12noon and will be followed by bells tolling at 12.01pm.  Prominent landmarks will also be lit up across the country at 8.00pm.

Let’s take a minute to reflect and remember – if you have been affected directly by the coronavirus or lost someone close to you because of the virus and need some support, call us on 0191 374 6562 and speak to Amy, she will be able to offer you confidential support and access to other services you may find helpful.
