This service is available to anyone caring for someone with dementia, this includes partners, family members and friends whether you live with the person you care for or not.
The Service aims to:
- Link carers with relevant services provided by Age UK Coventry & Warwickshire and other organisations and provide help with benefits entitlements
- Help carers navigate the health and social care system, including residential care.
- Provide ongoing support.
Who can use this service? Enquiries and referrals are welcomed from anyone affected by dementia living in Warwick District (including Leamington and Kenilworth) and Stratford Upon Avon District and where appropriate, their GP's, social care teams or care home managers.
