Home Support offers traditional "Home Help" services plus extras and are listed below.

If everyday tasks around the home become difficult, we're here to help. Our aim is to help you to continue exercising choice and independence over where and how you live your life. Home support operates in the larger towns such as Alcester, Atherstone, Bedworth, Kenilworth, Leamington, Nuneaton, Rugby, Shipston, Stratford-on-Avon, or Warwick AND if you live in a Warwickshire village this service is available to you too.

Its a flexible service, available if you require; Short term help, especially following accident, illness or a spell in hospital, long term support, such as, if health and mobility are not what they were, assistance if relatives or your regular supporters are unavailable.

What does Home Support include?

You can choose from *Housework *Meal Preparation *Washing Up *Laundry *Ironing *Prescription Collection *Shopping with you or for you *Lawn Mowing *Weeding and other light tasks around the garden *Help with Correspondence and even Walking the Dog.
If you would like help with any other similar jobs around the home, not involving personal care or managing medication, just ask and we'll try to assist.

Am I eligible?

YES if you are over 50 and live in North Warwickshire Borough, Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough, Rugby Borough, Stratford on Avon District or Warwick District.

Can I rely on you?

All our support workers are DBS checked, trained and actively managed. Wherever possible, we provide the same staff member to support you to build familiarity and trust, and one who is local to you.

How much does it cost?

Hourly charges apply. We can arrange a benefit check to ensure you receive any financial assistance you are entitled to.

I'm interested in Home Support. What do I do next?

Phone or email our Home Support Administration Centre. They will arrange an initial visit to discuss your individual requirements including frequency of support.
If you are happy, a support worker will then be appointed.
