Our Community Health and Employment Partnership (CHEP) programme provides individual support for unemployed people over 50 years of age, to get back into work or training.

If you are facing barriers such as long term unemployment, anxiety and lack of confidence in finding work, or feel you lack current skills, we can help.

We will work with you in one-to-one sessions to help you draw up your personalised action plan.  You can join our CV and interview preparation course, which will give you practical support and aims to improve your confidence and self-esteem.  Healthy lifestyle activities are also included, to help you achieve a healthy work and home life balance.

To meet the team or refer someone to the service, please contact Paul Venn at the Brigstock Road office on 020 8683 7100 or email paul.venn@ageukcroydon.org.uk
