There are many ways you can help an older person this Christmas

How to overcome loneliness

If you feel like you’re on your own, there are ways you can break through the barriers created by loneliness.

      Caring for someone who's lonely

If you look after someone who you think might be suffering from loneliness, check out our resources so you can find the best way to help.

I’m not sure what I will be doing on the 25th – hopefully an invite will turn up, it has done in the past, but I’ve bought a frozen Christmas dinner just in case.

Become a telephone befriender

We're working with our sister charity Age UK to bring you Call in Time. Call in Time is a free public telephone befriending service for matching volunteers with older members of the public.

Local Age Cymru partners

There are local Age Cymru partners across Wales who provide vital services to older people. Why not have a look if one of our local partners is running an event near you.
